SpendR is a mobile application that allows users to share their spending in partner establishments and participate in prestige rankings.
User Accounts

- Provide accurate information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account
- Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for illegal purposes
- Harass or harm other users
- Attempt to compromise system security

Payments and Transactions
All payments made through the application are processed by secure third-party payment processors. SpendR is not responsible for payment processing errors or disputes between users and establishments.
User Content
You retain ownership of any content you post on SpendR. However, by posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with our services.
Privacy

Limitation of Liability
SpendR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
